I am an owner. Not a blind asshole. Didn't realize half our admin team had issues with Xeneo.

Yeah, he was bragging about having a picture of Hitler as his new PC's background image.

He talks a LOT and I've never once heard him say an intelligent thing. He backseats admins like OCD hard and does not listen when we ask him to stop talking/teamkilling/etc

I in most if not all cases would have Teddy's back on this stuff, but reading the issues we have had with him I would say its a no from me.

I've played with Xeneo in game. Normally I would have green flagged him.

You know me, I'm all about second chances.  I think it should be a conversation about the expectations.  Obviously, if he understands and agrees to the rules, then he [as should anyone] be given an opportunity to prove his worth. Besides, it's not like we're giving the kid admin [yet]!

Edit: I do think he should play in the servers longer, though.  Maybe tell him hold off for a month and see if he still wants to join thereafter [if he isn't banned again, LoL]!

Heard there were some issues again in server last night. Maybe some more time in the server might help you gel with people.

This is a gaming community. We are here to have fun. We are all adults.
But there is a limit to the amount of drama anyone will put up with.
If you are causing problems in our servers, we will be glad to help you find other servers.
Bring a fun vibe / good attitude. Because that is what gaming is all about.

In the meantime, attitudes are contagious, be sure your's is one worth sharing.
