last time i looked steam id is not required for clan app due to we take non steamers aswell

I didn't say it was required. I just asked if it was noticed that the request for ID was in error with his name.  Was just a question to see if it was misread or if doesn't know what a STEAMID is -- especially since it could be left blank. Besides, the liklihood of him applying or buying admin is high. So... Having the ID definitely helps to make it a faster process when/if paying for admin and to ensure the knowledge is there.
