The steam id is only a requirement for ADMIN. Its not required to join the clan though it is MUCH more accepted then Valve id's.

A STEAM ID isn't, but basic honesty sure as **** is necessary.  Clan app says in Mexico, IP says Colombia. Hmm.

Of course, since you banned "Yessica" for a wallhack a few days ago, he wouldn't want you to know that....
