Rules and Regulations

Section A – Server Rules: The following is a complete list of rules that ALL members must follow while playing on one of our servers. Breaking any of the following can result in a kick or ban from the server. Warnings will be minimal. If you get kicked or banned, you broke a rule and you know you did.

1. No foul/obscene/racist language, sprays, or player names are allowed.

2. No cheat accusations on the server. If you have a problem with a player, get a demo and email it to admins@clanxa.com.

3. No offensive camping. You must move toward completing your team's objective on every map. Sometimes the objective is to camp, in these cases, camping is acceptable.

4. Do not harass the admins. If you have a problem with an admin, email admins@clanxa.com.

5. No deliberate team killing. If you shoot your team on purpose, you will be kicked/banned.

6. No deliberate hostage killing. If you kill the hostages on purpose, you will be kicked/banned.

7. Do not exploit map bugs. If you know what this means, don't do it. If you don't know what this means then it will be explained to you if you are caught.

8. No cheating. This WILL result in a permanent ban.

9. All members must wear the appropriate tag at the front and end of their names at all times while on an XA server.

10. Do not type stars (*) on the server. This will be considered harassing the admins.

 

Section B – Forum Rules: The following is a complete list of rules that will be followed by all members when posting in the forums. Violation of one or more rules will result in discipline up to and including banishment from the clan.

1. No foul/obscene/racist language, images, or names are allowed.

2. No cheat accusations in public forums. All problems with suspected cheaters are to be emailed to chuck@clanxa.com and kept private.

3. Do not take disagreements to the forums. All disputes between members must be handled through email, ICQ or private messages. If a mediator is required, email chuck@clanxa.com and he will do everything he can to help resolve the issue.

4. All members must follow all orders given by their commanding officers. We will not tolerate insubordination, especially in public forums.

5. All members will be required to check the forums at least once every two days in order to be considered active.

 

Section C – Chain of Command: The following is a complete list of rules that all members must follow regarding promotions, team assignments and the chain of command. Violation of one or more rules will result in discipline up to and including banishment from the clan.

1. All members must include the state or province in which they reside in their profiles. If this is not in your profile, you will not be assigned to a team.

2. Only the Commander in Chief can make promotions with the approval of the Board of Directors.

3. Only the Commander in Chief with the help of his Executive Officer will assign members to teams.

4. When a member has a problem, they will first address their team leader. If the team leader cannot help, they will address the Commander in Chief or his Executive.

 

Section D - Miscellaneous: The following is a complete list of rules that all new members must follow after they join the clan. Violation of one or more rules may hinder the member's ability to join a team or the clan.

1. All new members must agree to all rules before they can join the clan.

2. New members will receive an email must respond to it before they can be added to a team. If information is found to be incomplete or invalid, the member will not receive an email.

3. When playing on the server, all members who have not been assigned to a team yet must wear one of the following tags:

=XA=Player|C| - This tag means that the player is a member of XA but they do not wish to join an active team at this time. |C| means Club

=XA=Player|D| - This tag means that the player is a member of XA and they do wish to join an active team. |D| means Draft

4. When a member is ready to join an active team, he is to contact the Commander in Chief directly or by having a Team Leader send a request to the Commander in Chief.

5. All members' names will appear on the server exactly as they appear on the website. If you register as PlaYER, then you will be =XA=PlaYER|C|. If you register as Player, then you will be =XA=Player|C|.

6. No name changes allowed.
