FR-SO Requirements
Member Requirements
1. Must have knowledge or maps
2. Must be an active member of the
division for no less that 1 month
(30 days).
3. Must have knowledge of weapons
4. Must work well under pressure and
under cal settings (will be
determined by test).
5. SO candidates test must be
approved by both XO, and CO.
6. Must be active in both servers
and in division forums. (Role calls)

7. Must have admin level maturity
and must be trusted by the admin
Each members who is tested will be
viewed by the XO and CO the XO and
CO will take in to action the
different skill levels of each member and
will consider if you are newer to CS
or have been playing for longer
than others. Each member will be
test by there ability the members test
will be ran just like a normal TL
test for a normal (non SO) team. This
will test if the members know the
weapons and how each weapon will
respond in a situation. This will
also test how the member works under
pressure. Not only must the TL of
the SO team work well under pressure
but so must every member so when
placed in certain situations they know
what to do during play.

TL requirements for SO
1.
Must fulfill normal member requirements
2.
Must contact the XO and CO on weekly bases stating how team
members are doing and how well the
team is performing.
3.
Must be creative and able to come up with new strategies at
practices and must be able to bring
up new ideas and work well with the
other members on the team.
4.
Must be able to work well under pressure and must be calm and
collective at all times observing
and learning how to perform better
and recalculate mistakes made
quickly.
5.
Must know what weapons to buy in money shortage situations exc.
Testing Procedure,
The test will be run as follows. The
test will start of on de_cpl_mill
with cal.cfg on. The candidate will
be tested on knowledge of maps by
leading a team of six other members.
The candidate will lead his team
on cal.cfg and will set up
plans/strategies with his team on both teams
T/CT they will be planned as 15
rounds as T and 15 rounds as CT. The
same as a CAL match would
proceed.The XO and CO will be watching in
spectators view and will focus on
how well the candidate takes control
of his team and how well his team
does. Then after thirty rounds of
play everyone but the candidate will
leave and the XO and CO will test
the candidate on knowledge of
weapons and reactions in different
scenarios.
DS Requirements,
1.
Must fulfill both regular member and TL requirements
2.
Must complete both the member and TL test.
Advancement from member to TL/DS
A TL will not be appointed right
away everyone will start as a regular
FR-SO member. Advancement will be
given to the candidate by the XO and
then he will email the CO and the CO
will make the final decision. For
advancement the candidate must show
maturity and ability to run the
team must come up with good
strategies. This will be determined during
division scrim/ practice or during a
team’s regular practice. All
members are eligible to become TL or
DS of FR-SO if all requirements
are met and the XO and CO agree to
the Advancement.
Leaving team FR-SO,
If a member no longer wants to be
FR-SO or is removed from the team may
be sent to |C| status if you are
removed for bad behavior, disrespect
on a daily/constant basis. If you no
longer want to be a member you
will be placed back into the
division on the team u were previously
drafted from.
