Army SO Requirements
CO retains the right to change any or all of these rules.
I would like the SO testing procedures line 6, 7 and 8 to be unknown to
the bulk of the clan so they
dont know what to expect when coming in to test.
Army standard team TL test procedure
1. Co and XO will pick the TL no test needed.
Army SO team test procedures:
1. Anyone in the Army Div will have the right to try out.
2. CO will pick the TL no test needed.
3. CO or XO and TL will test 1 member at a time for the first part of the
test.
(1 on 1 while the CO or TL watches first person.)
4. Map choice will be up to the CO and or the TL.
5. Test will be 20 rounds 10 rounds on each side (T and CT).
6. Scoring of the candidate will be a 1 to 5 on each of the following.
Skill, objective completion, overall composure during the test.
2nd part of the testing procedures.
7. All those who scored a 20 or higher will be on a team under the TL up
to 5 at a time and scrim
against others for 10 rounds on the TL's map of choice along with the side
of the TL's choice.
8. After this point and all have been tested the TL will submit to the CO
who he wants on the SO
team including who he wants as his DS. The CO will send in the members
names to be placed on the team.
